Before commencement of projects, contractors shall provide SORL with a copy of their HSE Plan. All contractors shall be responsible for notifying their employees and contractors and respective subcontractors of all HSE hazards to which they may be exposed during execution of work at SORL.
All contractors shall supply their employees and contractors and subcontractors with the necessary HSE training and instruction, personal protective equipment and enforce such operating practices as are necessary to provide a safe work environment.
Contractors’ activities and operations will be audited periodically and SORL may recommend and enforce new HSE practices to improve existing practices.
Contractors must communicate information on hazards and accident prevention to their employees and contractors and subcontractors through regular safety meetings.
Contractors must report injuries or incidents related to SORL jobs.
