Leadership Team

Xu Ningquan is an astute corporate executive whose entrepreneurship journey began in 1991 in Spain where he served as the Managing Director of Dachang Trading Company. He is currently the Chairman of Sentuo Group, Ghana, as well as the Managing Director of Grupo Hermanos Company in Spain. Since 2014, he functions as the President of Ghana Overseas Chinese (Fujian) Industry & Commerce Federation. He has facilitated the corporation agreement between sister cities of the Fujian and Greater Accra provinces, providing platforms for economic and trade exchanges between the two provinces.

Aside the dozens of Ghanaian students who were financed to further their studies in China, Tema Technical Institute, Achimota School, Ghana Eye Care Program, Tema Regional Police Headquarters are, but few of the institutions who have benefited from the benevolence of Mr. Xu through the Sentuo Group.

Over the years, Mr. Xu has invited several Ghanaian Officials to participate in International Investment Fairs and Economic Forums in China. He has as well invited and received a number of Chinese delegations to Ghana to conduct project investment inspections and executions. His contributions to both the Ghanaian and the Chinese economies were honored with two prestigious awards, the Enthusiastic Public Welfare Contribution Award by Fujian Province and the Outstanding Ghanaian Consular Protection Liaison of the Year by the Chinese Embassy in Ghana.
