Our Values

SORL is a three-train hydrocracker refinery with a 120,000 barrels per day (bpd) production capicity in the Tema industrial park in Ghana, West Africa, covering a total area of 100 acres.

In accordance with the government of Ghana’s “One District One Factory” policy, and the general planning of the Tema Industrial Park area, SORL factors in key features such as modern scientific technology and innovation, energy conservation and environmental protection, recycling economics, phase & rolling development and the scalability of production capacity and quality; which are all key requirements of any new production and/or manufacturing project.

To develop a benchmark for petrochemical production in the West African market based on superior technology, and to provide a safe home for West Africa's crude oils, to unlock energy value.

To become the hallmark in refinery projects in the Ghanaian market and to drive interconnected development for the industries of chemical engineering, automobile, machining and logistics in Ghana, and the West African region.
